Here's the thing.
I've been working as a pelvic health therapist for over 10 years. I've treated everything - pain with intercourse, leakage with exercise, the need to go to the bathroom every hour, ab separation, and getting women back to their exercise routine after baby.
All these issues can be treated and helped by providing one thing - EDUCATION!
Women are never taught how to manage their pelvic health.

I designed this program because women don't have to accept leaking every time they laugh after having a baby.
It doesn't have to be that way.
Once you complete this program you will have the tools to care for your pelvic health for your lifetime. You will know what's normal and what to do when it's not.
Who is the PELVIC WELLNESS METHOD PROGRAM for?
- Women of all ages! Even if you haven't had a baby or never plan to, this program will teach you how to care for your pelvic floor muscles for your lifetime.
- Mama's - Babies change your body. Tissues and muscles get stretched and strained, but you can train them to get strong and coordinated again.
- Athletes - A lot of time female athletes can have tight pelvic floors. Those muscles need to learn to relax in order for them to work correctly and provide support.
